Cashew Nuts, Deep Fried |

Onion, Diced |

Dried Chillies, Deep Fried & Cut |

Oyster Sauce |

White Pepper Powder |

Chicken Stock |

Black Soya Sauce |

Preparation :
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok and stir fry the meat until almost done. Remove and set aside.
- Then stir fry cashews, onion, chillies and spring onions; make the sauce by adding the chicken stock, oyster sauce and black soy sauce.
- Add meat and season with sugar, pepper powder and fish sauce. Serve once the meat is cooked.
