Preparation :
- • Heat the chicken meat in a large saucepan, add chicken stock and stir frequently until cooked and set aside in a bowl.
- • Add shallots, kaffirlime leaves, lemongrass, spring onion and rice powder then season with fish sauce, lemon juice and chilli powder.
- • Serve immediately with cabbage leaves.
