Khao Phad GoongFried Rice with Prawnsa Thai food recipe from Thailand for 4 Persons Ingredients:

Jasmine Rice, Steamed |

Prawns, Cleaned |
| 3 tbs |
Cooking Oil |
| 5 pcs |
Eggs |
| 4 pcs |
Garlic Cloves, Chopped |
| 3 tbs |
Fisch Sauce |
| 10 gms |
White Pepper Powder |
| 1 tbs |
Sugar |
| 4 pcs |
Spring Onions |
| 2 pcs |
Limes, Cut in Half |
| 1 pcs |
Small Cucumber, Sliced |

Tomatoes, Sliced |

Preparation :
- Heat the oil in a wok, add prawns and stir fry until done. Remove from wok.
- Pour the eggs into the remaining oil and stir until cooked.
- Add rice, garlic and cooked prawns while stirring continuously and frying.
- Season with fish sauce, pepper powder and sugar.
- Serve and decorate with spring onions, lime, cucumber and tomatoes.
