Kaffirlime Leaves, Sliced |

Red Curry Paste |

Preparation :
- Mix all ingredients and season to taste.
- Pour the mixture into small cups, made from banana leaves or use any souffle dish available.
- Steam the cakes for app. 10- 15 minutes depending on their size. Remove from steamer and decorate with coconut milk, sliced chillies and kaffirlime leaves.
