Gedünstetes Fischfilet mit Curry

a Thai food recipe from Thailand for 4 Persons

Ingredients:

300 g Fischfilet, in Scheiben geschnitten
3 el Rote Currypaste
2 stck Eier
2 el Fischsoße
300 g Kokosmilch
20 g Scharfe Basilikumblätter, fein geschnitten
1 stck Roter Chili, fein geschnitten
2 stck Kaffirlimonen Blätter, fein geschnitten

Preparation :

  • Currypaste mit Fisch mischen.
  • Eier, Kokosmilch und Basilikum hinzugeben und mit Fischsoße würzen.
  • In kleine Schalen füllen und im Dampf für etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten garen.
  • Mit etwas Kokosmilch betreufeln und mit Kaffirlimonen Blättern und Chilis decorieren.
