Red Curry Paste |

Coconut Milk |

Sweet Basil Leaves, Deep Fried |

Fisch Sauce |
| 1 tbs |
Palm Sugar |

Kaffirlime Leaves, Finely Sliced |
| 1 pcs |
Red Chilli, Finely Sliced |

Preparation :
- Heat oil in a wok and fry curry paste for app. one minute.
- Pour in coconut milk and bring to the boil, add prawns. Season with fisch sauce and palm sugar.
- Arrange on a serving plate and top with curry. Decorate with basil leaves, kaffirlime leaves and chilli.
