Chicken Bones |
| 4 ltr |
Water |
| 1 pcs |
Onion |
| 50 gms |
Celery |

Preparation :
- Wash Bones, put into stock pot. Add cold water and simmer slowly for one hour. Frequently remove scum off the surface.
- Add vegetables and continue to simmer for another hour. Strain and hold till needed.
